Terrible service and I have doubts about the authenticity of the products. I’ll be shopping somewhere else from now on, so I’ve wasted my cash on a bunch of junk.

Fantastic customer support. Thanks a bunch!! I got myself a Fjallraven jacket. Couldn’t find the size or color I was after anywhere else online, except for this site. I was a bit unsure, so I gave the store a ring to confirm, and they were super helpful and nice! Really grateful for that. The jacket showed up fast and was exactly what I was looking for—definitely the real deal. I’d totally recommend it.

This shop is pretty cool; my first time there was awesome, and I came across some fantastic brands and items. But on my second trip, the staff didn’t mention that the travel mugs we bought (costing £25 each!) aren’t leak-proof. There was no sign about it on the shelf or the packaging. We wouldn’t have known unless we checked online while we were shopping, and honestly, why would we think those Yeti mugs weren’t safe for travel? The branding is all about outdoor adventures, after all.

The info was only available on the websites of both the brand and the store.

In this case, I really wish I had opted to shop online instead of in person since I didn’t get any verbal heads-up from the staff. If I had browsed online, I wouldn’t have made that purchase with the extra details that were out there.

I even reached out to the store through their website to suggest they inform customers about the leak issue in person, but I haven’t heard back.

This whole situation has left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth regarding this shop.

These Fjallraven pants were a total letdown and I ended up donating them to charity. I lost £91 on this purchase. Customer service? Nonexistent. If I could, I'd give them a negative 10 stars. Stay away from these; you'll just be throwing away your hard-earned cash. I'm absolutely furious.

I got myself a hat from Patagonia and was super happy with it. They offer 4 colors, but for some odd reason, Patagonia (the brand behind them) only has 3 available for sale. I wanted the other 3, but could only grab 2 directly from Patagonia. Luckily, The Mountain Factor had all 3 of the remaining colors, so I decided to purchase from them instead.

I was a bit hesitant about their site since it doesn’t look all that fancy and I hadn’t heard of them before. But hey, the package showed up really fast, and everything seemed fine... except for one little issue.

The items I ordered were caps, and they came in just a plain old postage bag. As you might expect, they were totally wrinkled. Thankfully, the brims are pretty soft, but they still have some odd bends from being squished that I’m having a tough time fixing. It’s just basic logic... hats should be sent in a box, not a bag, like Patagonia does. This really got on my nerves, to be honest.

I just got my hands on a Fjallraven Number 8 anorak, and let me tell ya, it’s 100% legit and super well-crafted. The quality is top-notch! The staff were really friendly and helped me out with sizing when I called. I’d definitely recommend it to a buddy.

Fantastic service! I ran into an issue with a Fjalraven jacket I purchased just before the warranty expired. The zipper was broken. They managed to send it back to the manufacturer and got it fixed like it was brand new. Really great service, no hassle at all.

I ordered a t-shirt right after 4pm yesterday, and it showed up at 10am today. How on earth did you pull that off? Did you bring it yourself? Awesome service!

Over the years, I've picked up a few things from The Mountain Factor online, and I've also checked out their fantastic shop in Ambleside a couple of times. Their variety of products, expertise, and customer support is top-notch, and stuff I order online tends to get shipped out super quick. The prices are quite reasonable, and they frequently have a solid selection of items on sale.

Super fast shipping, UK-based seller and authentic Kanken bag. Since Fjallraven isn't sending items to the UK right now due to border issues, I decided to give this company a shot. Their store in Ambleside is connected to a Fjallraven shop as well. I'll definitely be back for more shopping here next time. Thanks a bunch!

I ordered a Kanken backpack from a different company, and it ended up being a total scam [waaaa]. Luckily, The Mountain Factor had just what my grandkid was looking for, and it was at a fantastic discount. The friendly folks at Mountain Factor really brought back my trust in people. When I shot them an email, they reassured me about the delivery, which was lightning fast and without any hiccups. Huge thanks to them—arrived right on time and saved the gift from disaster!

I got my hands on the Fjallraven Nuuk Parka - had my eye on it for some time and then found it at The Mountain Factor for £100 less than the regular price during their sale. They sent me updates via email, which I really value, and it showed up fast and in excellent shape. Super (cozy and) pleased with the entire experience.

I was really taken aback by how fast the service was. I placed my order at 11:20 AM on a Friday, and less than a day later, I had the package in my hands.

I got some top-notch SmartWool socks that were on sale, way cheaper than what I found at other online retailers. The order was handled and shipped out in no time, and like I mentioned, it showed up the next morning even though I only opted for standard delivery. (To be fair, at that point, it’s up to Royal Mail to do their job right.)

I’m not a huge buyer of outdoor gear, but I’d definitely give this site another look if I ever need some outdoor apparel.

One thing I’d like to see changed is the use of cardboard or paper packaging instead of that plastic wrap.
